Here is the weather widget that extracted from duplicate note II

It's not original accuweather, instead it is YAweather 

Just install it and add it to your launcher.

BUG
1) After update the app, the widgets might have problem. TO solve it, reinstall the original apk would do.

2) If can't add cities, please follow the steps below: (Thanks to Sachin Patel)

- Uninstall the apk
- Clear all caches (through cwm or link2sd)
- Then reinstall the apk and add your city..
- If not work then again only clear caches
